If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receiving the goods to return them to us for a full refund of the cost of the product, or exchange.
Postage costs will not be refunded for unwanted items, or where an exchange is required through no fault of our own. The goods must be in perfect condition with all the tags attached or in it’s original wrapping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and we suggest you return your goods using recorded or registered post. Include a note with your contact details and order number and let us know if you would prefer a refund or exchange.
We can also accept returns from online orders in person at our head office in Manchester.

Order Cancellations or Alterations
If you wish to cancel or alter an order please contact us as soon as possible so we deal with it before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped before we are contacted we will have to treat it as a return.
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product from us please contact us for advice on what to do.
We do our best to get orders right, but every once in a while errors occur. If we have sent you an incorrect order, please contact us and we will look to resolve the issue as quick as possible.
